High Scardus Trail
High Sarcus Traill is the newest transnational hiking trail in the Balkans and connects the mountain ranges in the border areas of Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia. Scardus is the original Latin name of the Sharr Mountains and means "colorful" and refers to the diverse, colorful mountain landscape.
You hike through colorful paths, green meadows, deep valleys, and sleep in huts with shepherds on idyllic alpine pastures, and climb the Korabi summit (2764m), the highest summit in Albania and North Macedonia.
We currently have no tours online and only offer private tours for these regions.
